publication - %SI_STARTTIME% is showing wrong time

Hi Experts,

I`m scratching my head since some time, because of the %SI_STARTTIME% issue.
Our BI Platform patch level is BI 4.0 SP06 FP04.
We are using a publication to send the CR reports to mailboxes, the report is based on a SAP BW data source.
In the mail topic as in the attachment name we are using the %SI_STARTTIME% placeholder.
After the last change to the daylight savings time the time behind %SI_STARTTIME% is still shown as winter time.

First we have checked the time on our web app server - it is ok there.
I`ve checked the local time of servers in CMC->servers->metrics and for all servers the time is correct there as well.
In BI Launch Pad the preferences are maintaned to use the time zone local to web server.
After creating new publication the problem persists.

My question is what is the source of that %SI_STARTTIME% placeholder if not the web app server?

Hi,

Did you ever find a fix or root cause for this? We also suddenly started seeing this issue where Si_STARTTIME is showing UTC timezone instead of CST timezone.
the CMC metrics and all other servers metrics is showing correct time.
