Publication requirement

Hi,

I want to know whether we can achieve the following using Publication.
Requirement is after the report refresh if the size of the document exceeds 350kb i want to send a mail alert. Not the report to the inbox

The default server component options wont allow to set up such a procedure to block a scheduled delivery.

Is it possible to Alert the user if the Size of th document exceeds certain limit
