Hi,
I am using windows 7 64-bit.
When I open Web Intelligence I dont see any properties in the properties tab.
I can open and generate a report but the formatting is grayed out and the properties tab is empty.
I tried downgrading my Java from 7 to Java 6 update 34 and now I cant even open my report in edit or modify mode.
Please help…

it’s probably your Java Runtime Environment version. I would go to add remove programs and remove all java runtime environments.
Then when you go to edit a report again webi will prompt you to install java, it will install the version that comes with that version of webi.

I have also faced the same issue long back, to resolve this you have to uninstall java completely and then install it again. It should work…
