Prompts not visible after upgradation to XI3.1 SP2

Hi,

Recetly we have migrated our environment from BO XIR2 to XI3.1 SP2.

We are facing issue in one webi report where the prompts are not appearing but able to see the run query button.All other reports which are havingn the prompts are running fine.

If you have any idea, please let me know.Appriciate your help.
