Prompt Issue

Dear All,

I have one WEBI report with prompt.
I am facing problem in refersh data in edit mode.

When I am clicking Refersh Data in edit mode.
Prompt POPUP is not comeing and report is hanging.

Can some one please help me.

I think that is because of the Java version installed. One such discussion is here.
