I had a question on profile mapping in a DM Job. If I turn that on, and run the profiling function, will that populate the lookup tables with the values that are in the MAP table? I’m trying to add the legacy values to our lookup tables instead of using flat files, and my understanding was that turning this on would take all the values from the MAP table of a job and insert them in the lookup.
If this is not the case, what’s the best way to populate those values?
