Hi all,

can anybody tell me ,whether product version= 11.5.3.417,whether is it with Service pack 1 or 2?since i wann to install hotfixes?
what(hot fixes) should i install and where can i find?

11.5.3.417 is the base XI R2 install with SP1.

As far as which hot fixes to install, the general rule is … you should never install them unless they solve an issue you are having. Go to the BO OCS (Online Customer Support), download and read the readme files for each of the fixes.

For my company, we only installed MHF1 and CHF15 to get the US Daylight Savings Time fixes. It will vary from company to company.

11.5.3.417 is having sp1 only.

i am having the same problem with me pc it service pack 1 or 2, i cannot upgrade to service pack 3. i think i might have to upgrade my pc cause its not working for now, it a p4 3.2 GHz. it services are good for net use only. i can not play games on it any more.
