Problems with SAP BW Organization Structure

Hi all,

I’m working in a project with SAP Integration Kit XIR2, but i have a serious situation: organization’s units class have 10 dimensions with descriptions, but no one of then show the medium description. The description named with “Medium Name” show only short name.

This is a problem with my BW Query, or a limitation of SAP Integration Kit?

What does the BW query show? It may actually have the short name in the medium name field, in which case the issue is with the data extraction.

BW’s query return medium name, however, whe i create universe on the bo’s designer using this query, the description object with name “Medium Name” is created, but the short name is returned.

Sounds like it could be a bug then. We’ll be testing the XIr2 SAP Integration Kit soon, so I can’t offer much more until then.
