Problems after installation encyclopedia.

I have de following problems after the installation encyclopedia:

  • In CMC is it not possible to give access rights (BusinessObjects Enterprise Application/Encyclopedia Admin)
    The next error message is displayed:
    Line: 40
    Char: 5
    Error ‘LOADING_PAGE’ is undefined
    Code: 0
    URL: http://:8080/businessobjects/enterprise11/desktoplaunch/encycadmin/index.bouitoolkit?
    tok= ..NL@4123UnW3sje4r21Q54119JDelwJqPUtAdEIMp

  • In infoview de icon encyclopedia is displayed in the screen. When I use this icon with a webirapport I get
    a blank screen at the right of the rapport.

What I have done:

  • Installed all latest hotfixes
  • The completing the configuration (Java only)

System:

  • XP
  • Tomcat
  • all the other components XI are running

Who knows the solution(s) for my problems!!
