Problem with WebI - like autostop

we install Business Object version 5.1.8 into our server and we have being facing a lot of problem with InfoView. our WebI verison is 2.7.4.

several problems we face were :

  1. cannot find server or page not found - we try to launch the Administrator but come out with cannot find page error. we had to restart WebI and its was ok. WebI seen to have been auto disabled.

  2. user can’t get the login in page when they click login in.

  3. error message when you click on the report

i was told that in BO Version 5.1.4 , there was a bug in WebI for the auto stop. This was fixed Business Objects.

I am not sure if this is the case for frequent auto-stop of Webi for Version BO Version 5.1.8
