Problem with BCA, login Id locked

Hi,

I have entered 3 times wrong login/pwd, due to the id has been locked. How to reset the password for the login in supervisor, I am unable to find that login(BCA) in Supervisor.

Plz help me.

BCA logins and passwords are stored at the folder level in supervisor. Look for a little red arrow attached to a folder. It’s probably at the very top-level folder.

hi steve,
I am sorry actually I am unable to see that login in BCA folder in supervisor. where I can view that login for BCA?

rin,

You will not see the BCA login like it shows other users. Right Click that group, choose Properties and in the BroadCast Agent Tab you can enable the user.

It’s not IN the folder. It’s an attribute of the folder. Right-click on the folder and choose properties.
