Hi All,
I’m trying to log into Web I but the login pop up to enter the userid and pswd doesnt come up.The browser simply hangs to eternity.I have no clue what could be wrong.
I’m working on the server where WebI is installed.
Can some one help??

Hi All,
Me managed to figure the problem …actually the IIS Service was showing as up and running but it actually was not running.So on restarting the IIS service I was able to login to Web I.
But now I’m facing a new problem when I try to retreive any report from the Corporate repository;I get this error:
Internal Error Undefined Error(BOMGR0230)
Returned by function Import Report.
Can someone help??

Just to update:

i have tried what BO Error Dcument suggests:
Cause 1 The Folder C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Server\WebIntelligence
2.5\Storage\docs has been deleted or removed.
Action Restore the doc folder to its original location or create a new directory in
C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Server\WebIntelligence 2.5\Storage.
Cause 2 The Folder C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Server\WebIntelligence 2.5\Storage\docs is not accessible.
Action 1. Right click the docs folder and click Properties.
2. Click the Security tab and click Permissions.
3. On the directory Permissions dialog box, ensure the Type of Access value is set to Add or greater.
But this has not helpled!!!
