Problem in writing to the Auditing database

Hi There:

I have problem in writing to the Auditing database. We are running BOXI -R1 (SP3) on Windows Server 2003 SP2, SQL server Database. The auditing is enabled and was running properly. It stopped logging any event to Auditing database from 15Dec 2008.

I have checked the CMC and CCM for auditing related configuration. Everything is same and looks to good. In addition the ASCII log files are written on the application server. However, nothing is recorded in the auditing database.

Any ideas / help please?!

Hi Shekar,

This happened to us in XIr2. Try shutting down the CMS, turn tracing on, and start the CMS. If there is a problem with the audit db, the errors should be logged.
