I developed a Crystal Report that prints 4"W x 6"H labels. The SATO CL608e printer is installed on my desktop as well as on the InfoView server. Both are configured the same (printing preferences). When I print the report directly from Crystal on my desktop selecting the SATO printer, the labels print satsifactorily. However, when I schedule the report to run in InfoView and print directly to the same printer (using Print Settings and selecting the custom printer), approx. 1" of the left hand side of the label does not print. Everything else prints OK. The printer settings on the server and on my desktop are identical. Somehow InfoView/BOE is not using the printer settings. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
UPDATE: We had to upgrade to Crystal Server 2008 and the labels printed satisfactorily. No need to respond.
