Printer not set to same format as webi report

Hi All,

When user selects print in Webi XI it is showing as A4 format but the report is set to landscape. How do we keep the printer while doing File > Print in sync with what is set in webi report?

Is this an issue with webi Xi 3.1?

Hi,
If the report is set to Landscape then it will print, but if the report is set for the A3 and printer has A4 configuration then it will cause some problem.

A3 and portrait / landscape do not have any relation.
