Trying to get the dashboards we’ve created to print in landscape from Chrome. The print button defaults to Portrait and orientation settings aren’t available. I’ve gone through advanced settings to the printer etc. and it still prints in portrait.
If I print any normal page (like this forum page) I get landscape print options and it works great…
Any ideas how I could ‘force’ the dashboard to print in landscape?
Dashboards version is 4.2 SP3 patch 6, browser is Chrome.
Hmmm… never encountered that problem. Maybe it’s the printer you are using that limits that option. I make the print icon available on nearly all my dashboards and when clicked it brings up the normal print dialog box. In that box is a button called Preferences. When the Preferences button is clicked the printing preferences are displayed allowing selection for orientation - Portrait or landscape.
Or, maybe it’s a Google/Chrome thing. Probably trying to get you to buy a Google printer… that just by luck… has those options in Chrome.
