Preload Cache?

Hi All, When i was scheduling a webI report through CMC i found the Option “Select the Formats to Pre-Load the Cache with when Scheduling” under Caching Options. Any idea what it means?

From the admin guide:

When the system runs a scheduledWeb Intelligence or Desktop Intelligence document it stores the instance it generates on the Output File Repository Server. In addition, you can choose to have the system cache the report on the appropriate Report Server by selecting a cache format for the document.

Sounds like caching saves some time when opening up an instance.
