Power BI and BO

Hi,

Our customer is interested to move from BO to Power BI or can take it as extension of existing structure not replacement , we need to come up with some points which justifies Power BI over BO, any help is much appreciated on this please

I think Ms Power BI ( are we well taking about MS Power Bi Desktop - https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/desktop/) is more similare to SAP Lumira desktop than Web Intelligence

None whatsoever.

Two totally different tools.

Power BI is an interactive visualisation tool.
BO is a complete reporting suite.

Ive used PowerBI, its like Lumira, it`s not a reporting tool or more an agile visualisation tool. Interestingly enough it had Universe connectivity at some point last year but I think they got rid of it!

I worked on both the tools and its useless to compare, Power BI is a kind of visualization tool where you still don’t have much feasibility to work formatting stuff and I still feel its a Baby visualization tool and only cost makes huge difference.
