Potential LiveOffice Issue

Gurus,
I have built an XCelsius DB with 13 LiveOffice connections. The dashboard is working fine on my machine with any userID. When when I try to run it on a user’s machine, all the components getting data from LiveOffice are blank.
The same user can view the dashboard logging in from my machine on the InfoView.

He is using IE7, has the same flash player as I have, same java settings, virtual memory has been increased and even the global flash properties are the same as mine.

I am not able to figure out why he can’t see any data on his machine. Even I do not see any data when I log on from his machine.

Any input would be appreciated.

have you tried something simpler like running a small live office query to Excel on his desktop, just to see if any live office query is going to work?
