Hi,
Currently we have a 6 server clustered BO 3.1 SP3.6 Environment.
2 Windows 2008 R2 Web Servers( where CMC and Tomcat 5.5 is installed) and managed by a load balancer
2 Windows 2008 R2 Processing Servers
2 Windows 2008 R2 Job Servers
All the Performance Management Servers are installed on the 2 Processing Servers.
These Performance Management Servers are visible under CMC -> Servers.
But the Performance Management Application is not visible under CMC -> Applications.
Also, Dashboard Option is disabled in Infoview.
Note:- All the license keys are updated and verified for use of Performance Management.
Can anyone guide me on how we can achieve this ?
