Pb in WebInttelkigence document in XI R2

When my users open any report in XI R2 in Infoview in the left hand navigation panel they see only “navigation map”, “filter” and “user prompt input”. Why they cannot see the “Document Summary”, “Data Summary”, “Chart and table Types”, “Available objects” etc etc. I have checked in CMC and everything seems to be ok. What is the issue here?

Go to the settings here:

Home > BusinessObjects Enterprise Applications > Web Intelligence >

Make sure you Explicitly Grant the settings required.

Make sure the everyone gorup has not got any settings Excplicity Denied as these overrule any Explicitly Granted.
