Is there a way to pause all recurring instances from XI R2? I only see the option to “delete” instances from Instance Manager, not “pause”. We want to do it because we are about to go live with XI 3.1. We will keep XI R2 CMS running (but would like to pause all scheduled reports). Please help! Thanks.

There is no such functionality out of the box. The only “easy” way to do this is to disable all report processing servers which means that all scheduled reports will be queued up waiting to run.

If all of your reports are “Event” based then make sure that the Events are not populated or stop the Event server.

You can do this in the CMC, but you can only do it a report at a time. Go to the report and select the History tab. Check all the instances you want to pause and click on Pause - the second button in the upper right.

Norm is right. But the best answer is to just turn off/disable the job servers.
