Page Header/Footer doesn't show up with cross-tab overflow

Hi,

I’m new to CR11.

I have a report designed in landscape format that has cross-tab in it.
When there is too much information it grows to the right.
I was able to set labels to show up if cross-tab runs across the page but all branding in Header/Footer does not show up.
And in case with overflow it seems that Crystal does not recognize extra pages as legitimate pages 'cause page count is 1/1.

If there is a way to tell Crystal to treat overflow as a regular page
or the only option is to pivot the cross-tab and let it grow towards the bottom of the page?
