Page can't be displayed error with Opendoc

Hi All,

I have created hyperlink using opendoc function in WebI XIR3.2. The link is working fine in few machines. But the same is not working in other few machines and getting Page can’t be displayed error.

Please advise…

It might be related to JDK or Explorer version, please compare the versions and settings with the machine on which it works.

i was having the same problem. I was using java 1.6 version then i reverted back to 1.4 all report were working fine.

give a try.

Hi,

We analyzed the issue and found one scenario which is we see page can found error when I kept the mail report idle for more than 1 minute then click on link.

Anyone has any advise how to resolve this…Thanks in advance…

Hi,

We don’t have issue with Infoview Session Time Out. Actually it is 90 min. We have the issue when I click on the link. Some time link works fine and some time it shows “Page Can not be displayed Error mressage”.

The below is the syntax we are using:

http://:/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?iDocId=66287&sDoc=Detail&sType=wid&sRefresh=Y&lsSFMS01=([Fms 01])&lsSMonthName=([Pay Month Name])&lsSYearNum=([Pay Year])

Env: BO XIR3.2
