Why it is possible to have a page break after each header of a level of section, because i have me table cut juste before the end of this or the title at the end of the page and the table in the next page.

Has anyone found a creative way to page break on a full client report without using section breaks - in particular row break? Also, the report I am producing is going to be published on the WEB - does anyone know if I can edit the html to force a page break after 25 rows and move the headers too?
