Hi

How to set page break on section in a report?
My report is sectioned on [month name] and i want to show each month on each page.

Vikram,

Using Properties, you have to use a setting called “Start on New Page” under “Position”. To expose this setting it can be tricky, here is a possible workflow:

  1. open report in WebI and get into “Edit Report” mode
  2. click once in the upper let portion of the output and then click “View Structure”
  3. If you have a Section properly built, then you will see the caption “Section on: <name of section” with dashes going across the screen and another area that says "End of Section on: "
  4. point your mouse to a spot just below the “Section on:” portion and you’ll see the gray halo surrounding your section
  5. go to the properies tab and enable “Start on New Page”
