Outline and Fold data not staying on one page

I have a large amount of data that displays a unique number and counts unique id’s for each number. I have created a summary table and folded the data. However, the data is not staying together on what should total about 6 pages but is forcing it to 70 pages. My first page contains the header only, some pages will have 3 or 4 unique id’s and a blank page is sometimes inserted. This appears to be caused by a large number count of the unique id’s. When I export that data it looks fine but is difficult to view in webi. Is there a workaround to stop the large number of pages and keep the table together?

Hi Terri,
It seems to me you might have a structure/format probleem.
Check the lay-out and appearance of you table.
In structure mode check how your tabel relates to the section if you are working with them or to the header, footpage and borders of the page.
