Oracle Packages in BO

Hi,

1. Can we execute oracle packages in BO reports ?
2. Can oracle HINT be used in the creating BO reports using universe.
   I don’t want to use free hand SQL.

You could have used the cool search feature of BOB (in semantic layer forum with keywords: package)

Yes, hints can be used. The object with the hint in its definition needs to be the 1st object selected in the query panel.

…or defined in the Connection parameters, which would apply the hint to any query that uses the connection.
