Oracle error/Cartesian Product coming in WebI 2.0

Hi All,
A very strange behaviour of WebI we are confronting : Whenever in my query i’m using objects coming from different tables of different schemas its giving ‘Do you wish to create Cartesian product ?’ and when i click Yes button its giving me ‘Ora 0904 :Invalid Column name’.Even in the SQL panel its not showing me anything .And the most interesting part is the same report is running perfectly and also generating SQL when i’m using BusObj 415 for the same .Does anybody have any thoughts of why its happening ?
thanks - vikas

We found that the new version finds loops / context issues that the old version (designer / webi) didn’t…

Have you looked at the universe in designer, checked it out? You may found a hidden problem that the old versions overlooked… In our case, Designer found a loop that 4.15 was not smart enough to see - would not generate correct SQL until we corrected that.

Just a thought…

Good luck,
Brent
