Optional Prompt blocked

Hi,

I need to create a report in Crystal Reports 2008 accessing data from universe designer but I’m in trouble.

I’m not getting to create parameters with optional prompt.

The optional prompt is blocked and marked as false, I can not change to true.

how to solve this problem?

Hi,

You need to keep the parameter in the report and not pass it up into the sql. If you create the parameter in the report and put the condition in the record select, you will be able to mark it optional.
