Hi Team,
We are facing issue with public URL on OpenDoc.
It always gives error message “Could not find document” on first URL Hit while on second hit same URL, it works.
We have configured SAML SSO by making changes securitycontext.xml file, global.properties.
We have disable SAML SSO and tried with node (tomcat) URL and it asked for username & password and then it works every time.
Our URLs are configured in a way that they will re-route to public URL always.
Sometimes hitting OpenDoc URL in Incognito mode landed on attached error message.
