OLAP Report Locking

Hi,
We are working on OLAP reports. Now we need to modify some of OLAP reports.
but those reprots are actually developed by other developers.
when we try to modify those OLAP reports…its asking for password…we tried giving some of our passwords twice…its not opening…not the developers who created those reports are not with us and they have not shared any of passwords related to OLAP reports…
how can i get those reports unlocked…is there any other way to get unlocked…

Pls let me know various ways to get those reports to work…

Thanks
Narne

hello,

i’m guessing that you have a Voyager connection that uses a a WinAd acct/password to connect to the backend cube. Unless a WinAD accoun with a non-expiring password was used, it’s possible that the password expired. Use a different WinAD acct for the Voyager connection (preferably one with a non-expiring pword). Grant this acct the appropriate access to the cube and hopefull this will do the trick. Just realized that this posting was from 2007 but what the heck!
