OLAP Connection - reports work but Create Documents doesn't

Hi,
We are using WebI 2.7.3 connecting to MSAS 2000, Service Pack 3a. When I go to Create Documents --> OLAP data sources in WebI, the connection to our Analysis Services server says:

Status: Connection Failed

Connection attempted to: PRODOLAP

Error Number: 20

Error Description: Unable to connect. Possible causes: Authentication, Insufficient Privileges, Server is Busy, or Server is not connected to network.

But the reports that use the very same connection are working fine! :confused: Any ideas? I suspect a security problem, but since my group doesn’t have direct control over the Analysis Services or WebI server, I can’t experiment until I have something specific to try.

have you found the reponse ,please i ahve exactly the same prblem if you nknw the solution told me
