Okay to remove log files?

Quick Question… we’re maxing out on space on our Crystal server… can I delete some of the log files here without interrupting any processes, or functions of BO?:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\logging

I don’t think there is a problem doing this, but seeing as it’s SAP/Crystal, I thought I should check with the experts first.

Thanks!

If a file is in use then you will get an error that it can not be deleted. If you want to delete old logs make sure that data was transfered to audit if you have one enabled. If you don’t care about audit data delete logs. Check if your FRS storage is on a separate drive if not maybe it is taking most of space. It is worth to run reposcan from time to time to clean orphan files in FRS. I was able to get rid of 70% of files.
