Hi ListServers,
I’m on a test machine that is a stand-alone. When I do a stand-alone install, I get the following error: “(Microsoft)[ODBC Microsoft Access97 drivers] general error Failed to get the expression service51” I can’t even query the Club.mdb database. Is there an issue with my access driver? I’m on a 95 platform. Thanks!

We tried this and it did not work. We still get the same error. “(Microsoft)[ODBC Microsoft Access97 drivers] general error Failed to get the expression service51”.
Any Ideas???

Which version of ODBC do you have? And, which versio of operating system?
I encountered lots of problems with ODBC on Windows NT with the “option pack 4” installed. This (I did not install it, so I was told) installs ODBC 3.5 and changes some system dlls. From then on there were lots of troubles to connect to SQL-Server 6.5.
hope this helps,
Walter
