ODBC Drvier for Webi 2.7

Hi All,

We need to install ODBC driver on the unix to help WebI server (2.7) connect to SQL Server. We have got the necessary data access driver from B.O but we do not have the ODBC driver installed in our current environment.

Before approaching the DataDirect vendor to purchase an ODBC driver we thought we would see if B.O supplies ODBC drivers when we purchase the B.O software. We went through the B.O documentation for MS Sql Server and did not find any information on whether B.O provides the ODBC or not.

Could someone please let me know if you have any information.

We figured out that (after talking to the B.O support) the ODBC drivers will need to be purchased separately from DataDirect and will not be provided with the B.O software irrespective of the version.
