We are using BO edge 4.1 sp5, SAP lumira desktop 1.31. Recently we installed Lumira Server for BI Platform 1.31 on our BO server. The installation was successful.
We published our story in BO launchpad, when we try to run it, it keeps on running, nothing shows up. Do we need extra settings on BO server to run our Lumira stories. Also We don’t see any share button on Lumira desktop.

The installer should have created a new service named LumiraServer. Make sure that it was created and that it’s running and enabled. If so, I’d next check that server’s log files for any indication of a problem.

My Lumira Server is running. When I tried to run the story from BO box it runs. having problem only when we run from BI launchpad from my desktop and user machines
wonder what is missing
