We have created some pretty intense drilling reports in Deski XIR2 and have published them to corporate documents for our users to run but the Document Type is blank and all we can is the document name and we can’t do anything with the report at all.
I’m convinced there’s a setting that we’ve not set properly but I’ve spent the better part of a day digging into this and I have not found anything.
I think the problem is that the deski report can’t be opened from within Infoview. I too have had this problem for a long time in XIr2. It used to work, then stopped working after a hotfix or service pack. The only way I can open deski documents is from within the client tool - fortunately we don’t use deski much anymore.
