Not able to Create businessObjects report through infoview

Hi,
While trying to create or Edit full client business objects reports through infoview. i am not able to get the business object editer. i am getting below message form popup window. but no respence after this just i am getting this popup window only.

This window will close automatically when BusinessObjects is opened.
Can any one please rervert on this

Have you installed Deski on to your client machine?
