Not a valid logon token error

Hi All,

We are getting following error while running multiple reports on schedulers in BI4.0 SP7.

Could not save the document to the repository for the following reason: [repo_proxy 30] DocumentFacade::uploadBlob - Query execute has failed : Error occurred while attempting to reconnect to CMS : Not a valid logon token. (FWB 00003)

Please help ASAP.

looks like CMS/webi servers are crashing.Please restart the WebI processing servers to fix the issue.

We are doing the same thing. But its is the temporary workaround.

We need the permanant solution for this

If you need a permanent solution then raise a ticket with SAP.
they will analyze your landscape and look into your CMS logs for the root cause.

We had a similar issue before but SAP cannot provide a complete solution on this. Right now we upgraded to 4.1 and waiting to see if it is a bug or issue with the landsacpe.

SAP told us that it us the bug in BI4.0 , need to upgrade to 4.1.

But to resolve this issue I have put a switch -requesttimeout3600000 in command line of each processing server and that resolve the issue.

I need to know why this switch resolves the issue if anyone is having any idea about it.
