Hi,
Most scheduled webi instance fails quite intermittently with following errors
1)exception raised: com.businessobjects.sdk.core.CoreException.
2)exception raised: com.businessobjects.rebean.wi.services.NoOutputException
The BOBJ version used is BO 4.1 SP2 patch 4.
Please can you advise on cause of such recurrence.
The trace logs talk of errors like:-
1)No destination information found; no delivery will be attempted.
2)input contained no data
3)Error sending address(es) to SMTP server
4)Out of memory or unknown type to create
5)Unknown data type "error
As I said earlier that the errors are intermittent, this means 1 and 3 would not be the case.
Please let me know your thoughts or suggestions.

Do you have more than one job server? Can you use logging to see if these problems only occur when a certain web intelligence processing server is used, for example? Maybe a bit of experimentation with server groups could help you.

Yes, we have more job servers and changed the trace level to high to log the errors for that particular instance failure but it did not give much clue.

Looks to me that one, or more, of the job servers are not set up with the correct SMTP details.
The out of memory error could be due to different JVM memory settings for one or more job servers.
