no repot run and import failed

[repo_proxy 28] DocumentFacade::importDocument - (Helpers::InfoStore::ObjectFileHandle::extractContent) Local file copy has failed File Repository Server Input is down.(hr=#0x80042a4a)

Every server in CCM is up running. I rebooted server, same error.

None of the report runs: deski, webi, Sample report, audit report.

No server was available.

Fo CR : The Page Server you are trying to connect to is not accessible.

What is your patch level? What were you doing when this error happened. Also, please try this thread.
