I’m new to BO/Infoview, so excuse my lack of knowledge.
One of our users is finding that there is no LOV appearing on their Categories section on Infoview. I have checked other users who connect to the same server and they get the list appearing.
I don’t understand your question. When I log into the legacy version of WebI 2.7.5 (which corresponds to BusinessObjects version 5.1.9) – the only thing that I see when I look at Corporate Documents are:
If you are really talking about the legacy versions 1.x/2.x, then it possibly means that the user is not authorized to access reports that have been put into categories. Not all reports are in categories, necessarily.
One only sees the categories for which one has reports. Log into Supervisor and see what reports that user has been given rights.
And if that’s not the problem, then I’m afraid I have no other information to share.
