No longer have Dashboards or Analytics options

I used to have access to dropdown choices in InfoView that allowed me to create new analytics and dashboards. Now, I no longer have these options. I am part of the administrators groups, with full control for PM. I have ensured that all servers/services are started and enabled. I have restarted the Apache server.

When I double click on an analytic that I previously created when I did have access, I simply get a blue and black screen with 'IIS" on it.

Any idea why the dropdown choices aren’t even showing up?

You didnt mention what version you are on
If its version prior to XI 4.0 then check that you might be logging in to Infoview in IIS .net mode and not Java Tomcat.
That should also be the reason for you to not see those new analytics & dashboards options

Sorry - I’m on XI3.1.

Where do I check whether I’m calling .net IIS or Java Tomcat for Performance Management? I have searched all over the CMC and cant find a setting like that…even better if you have a screen shot, in case I don’t (for some other bizarre reason) do not have appropriate security…thanks again for anyone’s help

Its the Infoview URL you are using which distinguishes the IIS .net & Java Tomcat application servers you are going to access
You might be logging now using something like this

http://SERVER:443/InfoViewApp/common/appService.aspx

You can try the below URL

 http://servername:8080/InfoViewApp/logon.jsp
