No License found for Business Objects:FRM0013 error

Hi ,

I facing a strange scenario:

Few users wanted to access test enviromment of business objects.
So i provided them with t1.key file which they can use to login to test enviroment.
But once users pasted this t1 file in LocData folder. And then tried to log into BO Reporter. They are getting this error “No License found for Business Objects:FRM0013 error”

Point to be noted is :

  1. They have installed BO reporter from server. i.e. They goto webi link
    then open the report and click edit and then reporter gets installed on users system.

  2. When i use same t1.key file on my system its working fine the difference is that I have installed BO using installer.

  3. Production enviroment is working fine on their system and there is no error related to license.

Any suggestion why it may be happening?

I was able to resolve this error by putting license file in application data folder.

However now i am getting :Error : Exception: CS, Failed to create IBO instance : csASF…
