No full client report service available: WI0504

Hi All,
Can anyone help me out with this issue urgently, we use 5.1 and we have many users using Thin client(Webi) many users get the error WI0504(No full client report service available) and the strange thing about this issue is that after been trying to login / out for a couple of times users were able to access the reports successfully as of the error guide
1.I have also gone through the Supervisor rights of the users and all the users have the rights to access the reports
2.I have also arranged to reboot our BO servers but still the issue exists after the reboot.
Can anyone please help me out from this

Thanks for the reply
I mean your response has helped me to sort out the issue and I was just in worry as this issue was becoming critical for us and your reply has help me to solve the issue.
I have gone through BO service admin and Disable / Enable the BO manager on one of the servers this has resolved the issue.
