no data to fetch

hi,
I have a prompt of country and state if I choose a state if there is no data in state it should not display no data to fetch it should come some thing else I have seen some where here only but I could not find it pls any body help me out these but with out using macro there is a simple way to do that I did earlier but now I am not getting …

First remove Prompts from query panel and run it if it is retrieving data, for that prompts combination no data in ur database.
