No data returning from universe queries in Live Office

I’m trying to pull data using from a universe into Excel using live office.

I can see all my objects from the universe and I can see data from objects when i filter on them.

But when I finish and run the query only the headers of the fields display.
No data returns from the universe.

I made sure the universe was working by creating the same report in WEBI.

So why would no data return?

I have the same issue. Only way to get data is to open modify object and click ok.

Does anyone know how to fix?
