no connection to the CMS database. (COR-10544)

ALL,

I am investigating why a schedule job experiences intermittant error with the below error message in the log. This issue doesn’t happen all the time and the scheduled job does run sucessfully. The main issue I see is the loss of the connection to the CMS? any idea what may cause this issue?

Has anyone come across this issue before and can shed any light on the cause and potential fixes please?

After doing further analysis with the issue, it looks like this is a known issue and although I haven’t been able to analyse the route cause and align this to the below, this looks like a plausable cause.

Information Steward loses connection to the Information Steward repository when
the following situations occur:
Restarting the Information Steward repository database server.
Disconnecting from and reconnecting to the Information Steward web server to
the network.
