No Classes Listed In Designer Print Preview

Hi Everyone,

   Very odd, when I try and print preview a universe in Designer it shows "No classes" under "Objects List". Yet if I log on to Designer on another machine (import same universe), it shows the objects and classes no problem   :crazy_face:     any thoughts why ?.

    I have checked the "tools-->options-->print/pdf" settings on both machines and they are exactly the same, one PC shows objects and classes the other one doesn't    :shock: 

    Under the "tools-->options-->print/pdf" settings I have the following ticked :

General : Parameters, Graphical Structure.
List Components : Objects, Conditions, Hierarchies.

(everything else is unticked)

       If I do tick Objects under "Full Description" it will show classes, but with detailed objects, which is too much information.

p.s: I am aware there are very useful tools on B :mrgreen: B to download that document a universe, but just wondered how/why this is happening in Designer.

Problem Solved. Apparently there was a patch to fix this by BO.

We had Service Pack 3 installed. Once we installed Service Pack 4 it seemed to work properly.
